Improve the user experience

While at Clothes2Order, one of the main projects was to improve the customisation process that customers go through while purchasing a product. Outside of this UX issues, on the website were also to be addressed. The aim was to reduce the drop out rates and improve overall conversion on the website.

A/B Tests were setup to monitor how the changes impacted the process. Google Analytics and HotJar were used as part of the data analysis, while Optimizely was used for A/B Testing.
